  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder and mix well..
  4. Now add water(can add more or less as u want the gravy's consistency).. Give one whistle.. add amchur powder and corriander leaves for garnishing..
  5. Ghiya sabji is ready to serve.. Enjoy it with chapattis..
