- Cut the cooked gatte into small round thick discs and shallow fry the gatte.
- Now take a Kadai add chopped onion, ginger-garlic pastes saute them, now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and chopped tomato.
- Now add the curd and boil them, add gate into it then on medium flame leave for 10 minutes.
- Later switch off the flame and add 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves.
