- Now heat a non-stick Kadhai and put mustard oil. Heat it till smoking point and then turn off the gas.
- Now heat it again and put the chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic into the oil and sauté for a minute.
- Then put the dry masala powders and salt in it. Then add the green peas and then carrot and Mix well.
- Then cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. In between open and stir it so that the vegetables cook evenly.
- When cooked turn off the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rotis.
