  5. Add in the chopped cabbage into it now & keep stirring continuously for a minute, add in some water (if required, at all)
  6. Cover the lid & lower the flame & let it cook for about 8-10 minutes time, stirring occasionally in between- Add in the ghee, garam masala powder & roasted cumins powder, before putting off the flame
  7. Once done: Turn off the flame & let it sit on the oven for about another 10 mins time before serving it hot with equally piping hot steamed rice & dal with some green salad & lemon pieces
