  3. Add peas and carrot. Mix it with the masala. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover the lid on the wok. Cook it until peas and carrot become soft.
  4. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Turn off the flame.
  5. Roti:- Take a parat or bowl. Add bajra ka aata, salt, Til and ghee. Mix it well and rub it with your hand. Gradually add hot water. Take a small portion of the mixture and rub it with your palm. Smooth it. Keep it on rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat tawa. Take a portion of dough. Sprinkle some dry flour and make bajra Roti with fingers.
  7. Cook it from both sides. Apply ghee. As this Roti is dry.
  8. Serve bajra roti with Matar gajar ki Sabji, jaggery and pickle.
