- Add 1 tablespoon oil in a kadai and fry chopped potato.
- In another kadai take 2 tablespoon oil add tomato and all spices.
- Now add fried potato and chopped green onion and wati for sometime and your sabji is ready.

I usually serve this spring onion with peanut sabzi with rice, dal ,roti , achar/pickles and papad. If you want to have plain spring onion ki sabzi than avoid adding peanut to the sabji.
