- For tikki- - In a bowl mix all the ingredients and besan and then add oil to knead dough and if required add water.
- Now take a small part and make a tikki like shape.
- In a Kadhai heat and oil and fry it til golden brown.
- For sabji - In a pan heat oil then add all ingredients and onion and tomatoes.
- Cook and Mesh and then add dry masala.
- Cook till oil comes from the sides and then. Add the above tikki.
- Cover and cook for few more mins and serve with roti.
