  1. Prepare all ingredients. In a pressure cooker heat oil on medium flame and add muster seeds. once mustard seeds starts to pop, add garlic and sauté.
  2. Now add peas, cauliflower, sprouted moong and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add green onion, spinach, capsicum & all dry spices. Mix everything well. Also add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
  4. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook till 1 whistle. Then cook for few minutes on low flame. Now Turn off the flame and after 5 minutes open cooker lid and add chopped tomatoes 🍅 mix everything well.
  5. Our protein rich sprout moong and green onion sabji is ready to serve. Garnish with green onion.

Now, add the green portion of the spring onion, salt and saute until it is cooked well. Add in the red chilli, turmeric powder and chickpea flour little at a time and mix well. If the mixture is too dry, sprinkle some water and bring the consistency to your desired level. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add sprouts to pan. Stir and saute till the onions turn translucent or a light brown. • In a bowl, mix together the coarsely ground moong sprouts, carrot, spinach, ginger-green chilli paste, besan, asafoetida, salt, fruit salt/baking soda and turmeric. • Mix everything together to make a coarse mixture. • Grease a flat plate generously with oil.
