A healthy and nutritious subzi recipe prepared using mixed sprouts. This subzi can be ideally served with chapathi or roti. Method Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida. In a pressure cooker take the sprouts.

  5. Add all spices except garam masala at this stage
  6. Now add all the sprouts mix them well and add about 1.5 glass of water, garam masala and cook them by giving around 5-6 whistles
  7. Add coriander leaves and enjoy in your lunch or dinner with Roti, Phulka and rice😋
