  1. Wash, peel and cut pumpkin into cubes. Remove seeds.
  2. In a pan heat oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds. When crackles add pumpkin pieces. Add sindhav namak and mix it. Cover with lid and allow to cook on low flame.
  3. Stir in between. When it turns tender add red chili powder, sugar, roasted peanut powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  4. Falahari pumpkin subji is ready. Serve with rajgira roti.
