Heat oil add ginger and chillies. - For kachori - take some dough and flatten in to small circle. Put spoonful of filling within the the centre of the dough. Pull the edges to close it and also press slightly to flatten them. Heat oil and fry on low flame. Cooked both side till golden brown.
- Aloo sabji - heat oil in pan. Add cumin. Bayleaf and ginger. Let it splutter. In bowl. Mix turmeric. Cumin and coriander with little water. Add this mixture and let it cool for min. Now. Add 2 cups water and boiled potatoes. Salt. Let it boil. Mix dried mango powder. Garam masala and cook for 5 min.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with kachori.
