First you have to wash the arbi then peel it with a potato peeler and slice to make medium thick roundels. So then I thought of this simple fry in which I can add Ajwain in the seasoning.
Steps to make My favourite arbi ki fry sabji:
- First wash arbi nicely with water.
- Now peel the skin, cut the arbi into slices, also chop the tomato, onion & green chilli.
- Now heat 1.5 tablespoon oil in a pan.onces oil is hot, add the cut arbis to it & add the jerra & curry leaves.
- Fry arbi on medium flame for around 10 mins. After add the tomatos & onion & green chilli.
- Now add the all spices salt, turmeric powder, red chilli.
- Let the arbi cook 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat cover the pan.
- After 10 minutes try arbi is Ready. Serve arbi with roti.
