  1. Take a kneading plate add sabji mash it. Add chopped mint leaves and both the flours.
  2. Add salt and knead stiff dough. No need of water. Make equal parts.
  3. Roll it. Apply oil, chat Masala, spread it with finger on whole Paratha.
  4. Sprinkle some dry flour. Seal it like a square packet.
  5. Roll it again in square shape. Place it on hot tawa.
  6. Half cook one side, flip it, apply oil and flip it again. Roast both sides nicely.
  7. Make parathas in same way. Sprinkle some chat masala and serve with hot tea or any Chutney. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy

The smaller the size of your onion, the easier it will be to roll out the paratha later Once the potatoes are tender, add the tomatoes, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander, curry powder, salt and sugar. Then add the yogurt and stir well. Once it is done, transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
