Steps to make Dry Mango Yoghurt:
- Soak dry mango in yoghurt and leave them at least 6 hours in a fridge. I usually prepare it at night and it is ready in the morning.
- In the morning, mongo will be hydrated and is ready to eat!
Add the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla and process until combined, stopping once or twice to scrape the sides and bottom of the food processor bowl. Instructions Add the frozen mango, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lime juice into a food processor (or liquidizer). Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left. Dried mango possesses several beneficial nutrients, including vitamin A, which, along with other nutrients, helps to regulate metabolism, as well as calcium and iron.
