- Cut paneer in cube or square size and fry till golden brown
- Take kadai put butter jeera, cinnamon stick, laung, tejpatta and chopped onion and saute till golden brown add chopped tomato and mix well add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Take curd add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, saunf powder and mix well
- Add curd mixture in the above tomato and onion mix, mix well, add chilli powder add little water and let it boil add fried paneer and mix well
- In another pan make tempering by taking oil or butter add jeera green chillies and another set of cubed onion and let it become golden brown
- Add the tempering in the paneer and cover it let it cook
- Take vinegar add red chilli powder and mix well add Vinegar in paneer do pyaza and let it cook Garnish with coriander leaves serve with parantha
