- Take a pan or kadhai. Add oil to it take onion. Chop into square piece and saute it slightly, until it change colour, once it change, transfer to plate
- Now masala is cooked add square shape onion to masala and mushroom mix well and add water and let it cook for 5 mint
- Once it is cooked add garam masla and chat masala and amul cream and mix well and cook for 2 mint now it z ready to serve
