- Now again heat the same pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chilli, bay leaves, cinnamon stick saute for 1 minute. Now add grated onion and saute untill it turns transparent. After that add ginger garlic paste saute for 1-2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and mix it.
- Now add salt and all the dry spices except kashmiri red chilli powder, kasoori methi and garam masala powder. Mix it well.
- Now cover with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. When it cooked you noticed that oil is separate. Now add 1/2 cup water to maintain the consistency. Stir well. Cook another 1 minute.
- Now add paneer and mix it well. Add oinon and capcicum and give a nice stir.
- Now add milk, fresh cream, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and kasoori methi, sugar and mix it well. If you want the thick gravy don't add the water otherwise you add again half cup of water and cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. After that switch off the flame and add coriander leaves. Mix it well. Your Paneer-Do-Pyaza is ready to eat. Serve with naan or kulcha.
