- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add bhindi, fry on medium high flame for 3 minutes,keep stirring. Take out in a plate. Again in the same pan, add layers onion, fry on medium high flame for 3 minutes.Take out in the plate.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan,add carom seeds, dried red chillies, chopped onion, saute for one minute. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute for one minute. Add tomato puree, fry on medium high flame for 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp salt.
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix well, fry for one minute, add curd,mix well.
- Add fry bhindi and onion,amchur powder, garam masala and 1/2 tsp salt ir to taste, mix well. Cover with the lid, cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Bhindi do pyaza is ready to serve with roti. Enjoy!!!
