- Give 2 tsp oil on the charcoal in a metal bowl.
- Put the bowl on the chicken curry in the pan.
- Cover the pan with a plate for 4 mins.
- Now remove the plate on the pan.
- Then take off the bowl from the pan and stir well.
- Smoking charcoal gives a smoking aroma.
- Lastly turn the switch off of the gas.
- Serve it in a bowl.
