- Wash the bhindi and wipe them with kitchen towel.Cut them into 1/2 inch pieces.Cut onions in 2 different sizes.One in big cube size and other finely chopped.
- In a kadhai pour oil and after oil becomes hot saute the bhindi till it becomes soft.Then remove it on kitchen paper.
- Saute onion and keep aside.In a mixer jar add 2 tomatoes,ginger and garlic and grind it to a smooth paste.
- In Kadhai add little oil.Add jeera,green chilli and finely chopped onions.Saute it till it changes colour.Add finely chopped tomatoes to it.Now add grinded tomato paste to it.
- Add dhaniya powder,jeera powder,red chilli powder,turmeric and salt.Stir it and cook for 2 minutes.Now add bhindi and after 2 minutes add onions and cook it on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add chat masala and mix it. Transfer it to another vessel and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapati.Enjoy delicious Bhindi Do pyaza.
