- This is my leftover cheese sauce so you just add a little milk to it and it's not so thick, it thickens when its left in the fridge.
- When the chips are done add to the serving plate. Then add the salt. Share the cheese sauce between the two plates pour over some chips then add the Grated cheese on top of the sauce so it melts.
Add in a large handful of cheese and get the sauce to the consistency you want. Don't be shy with the cheese. Whip the chips out of the oven. They should be golden brown, crunchy and soft in the middle. Pour the sauce over the chips and finish with another handful of cheese.
